This week I'm planning to join in different Lunar New Year activities, so it was nice to see that Verizon Wireless is also supporting the Asian culture with "Year of the Snake" community celebrations. I love it when brands I work with connect with the community in a fun way.

This Lunar New Year, Verizon Wireless 2nd annual Lunar New Year events will take plan in many different states. Here in New York City, Verizon Wireless will have a presence at festivals

At the 17th annual Flushing Lunar New Year’s Festival you’ll be able to look for dragon dancers, steel drummers and watch amazing fireworks.

NY Chinatown Lunar New Year Parade & Festival

Verizon is pleased to be the title sponsor of this colorful festival, complete with floats, marching bands, dancers, performances and more! This is without a doubt the biggest winter parade on the east coast.
